[HBR] Formas de bancar sua startup

Li um artigo muito interessante na Harvard Business Review Brasil de Julho/13 intitulado “Use dinheiro do cliente para bancar sua startup” do John Mullins.
Para quem já pensou em abrir uma startup já deve ter se deparado com o investimento inicial que ele requer… O artigo apresenta algumas formas para amenizar o investimento em capital de giro para as mesmas.
Ele apresenta 5 modelos de negócio onde esses investimentos são financiados pelo próprio cliente:

– Modelo Intermediário: assim como o nome do modelo, são para empresas que intermediam transações (ex. Airbnb). Recebe-se antecipadamente para realizar essa intermediação entre as partes, assim diminuindo a necessidade de capital;
– Adiantamento: é um caso muito comum e como funcionam os escritórios de advocacia e arquitetura por exemplo. Recebe-se parte do pagamento de antemão, geralmente o necessário para o custeio dos custos do processo;
– Assinatura: a pessoa paga antecipadamente o período com a comodidade de receber o produto;
– Padronização e revenda: criação de uma solução específica e financiada por uma empresa, mas que seja passível de adaptação e assim atendendo outras empresas do mercado (ex. Microsoft);
– Escassez: quando os produtos ofeecidos são tão escassos que o cliente opta por adquiri-los de antemão (ex. Zara).

    I had a quick questiion in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
    I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your hed
    prior to writing. I’ve had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in ggetting my thoughts out there.
    I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are enerally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any
    recommendations or hints? Thanks!
